Refund policy

We hope that you are delighted with your orders but we understand that there may be the odd occasion where you will need to return some items. If you aren’t totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days for a full refund (excluding original delivery fees). We do not accept returns on any sale items or lampshades that have had their protective covering removed.

How to Return an Item

Firstly, contact us to let us know that you will be returning the item and we will give you a refund number to quote in all correspondence. This can be via email mail@nushka.co.uk or by telephone at 44 (0) 20 8013 3828

We ask that all packaging is kept so that your item returns to us safely. Unfortunately, we will be unable to offer a refund if your item is not returned in its original packaging.

We do not offer a free returns service but we do have a few options to help you with your return.

Postal Returns

If your item is small enough to take to the post office please let us know that you are returning the item and post back to:

Please note: You are responsible for covering the returns postage cost. Do make sure you request a ‘Certificate of Posting’ which is your proof of posting the item in case any issues arrive with it not arriving back to us.

Courier Collections

If your order was delivered via DHL or UPS then please contact us at mail@nushka.co.uk or call 44 (0) 20 8013 3828 where they will arrange a collection for you.

The charge for our collection service is £15.00 for small to medium size items and £ 20 for larger boxes/items (applies to mainland UK) and will be deducted from your refund.

For overseas order, please contact for the rate to return an item.

The collection service offered by Nushka is subject to the terms and conditions of the contracted courier company we use and is subject to change. Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the collection is at a time and date of your convenience, this cannot always be guaranteed.
