Shipping policy
Orders over £ 250 qualify for free shipping unless stated (larger items need to be quoted for on an ad hoc basis). This applies to the UK, EU and rest of the world. Rates are always calculated in GBP.
EU and orders to ROW - Taxes and duties are applied at checkout once you have entered a full address and the value of all the items in known. The final costs shown are landed costs.
We use DHL, Fed Ex or UPS on all deliveries to mainland UK, EU and the rest of the world for most products.
For larger items like rugs and Tuareg mats we prefer to organise specialist rates or can discuss your requirements with you by email or phone prior to delivery.
- UK delivery times – Delivery between 9am-7pm, Monday to Friday 1-2 working days service via DHL, Fed Ex or UPS.
- EU delivery times – Delivery between 9am-7pm, Monday to Friday 2-4 working day service via DHL, Fed Ex or UPS.
- Rest of the world – Delivery between 9am-7pm, Monday to Friday 2-4 working day service via DHL, Fed Ex or UPS.
Loss and Damages
We ensure that we wrap all items securely to minimise the possibility of breakages. Goods lost or damaged in transit are fully insured by our couriers. If you parcel hasn’t arrived within the specified time please contact us immediately on 44 (0) 20 8013 3828 or mail@nushka.co.uk
If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, or if your order cannot be met or delivered within the specified time, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.
Local Collection
Free (order and collect in-person)
We are happy for you to collect your order from our shop in person. Please place your order online and contact one of our customer services team, they will set your order aside for you to collect at your convenience.

We will endeavour to prepare your purchase for collection 48 working hours after your order has been placed.
Payment must be made online, or by calling us on +44 20 8013 3828 before you are able to collect your order.
Please note that we will only be able to hold your order for fourteen days. After this time, your order will be cancelled and your payment automatically refunded.
Before leaving to collect your order, please consider the size of the item you wish to collect and whether your vehicle has sufficient space.

If you wish to collect using your own courier, please contact us to arrange the collection date and time. Please also advise us of the name of the courier company collecting. You will advise your courier company that they will need to know the name of the order together with the order number.
