Chain stitch is an ancestral embroidery technique in which the quality varies. LINDELL & Co has chosen to work with highly qualified artisans, capable of a small and narrow stitch. Therefore, all of our creations are produced in small quantities, which makes them so special. The making of a pillow requires 3 to 4 days. Before a pillow gets into the hands of a client, each piece is thoroughly checked to keep up with the image of a high standard product. The designs are produced as part of a collection and so are only produced in small quantities. Hand embroidered by artisans, these pillows use fine hand-dyed New Zealand wool, with a cotton canvas backing and a removable down/feather insert.

Orders are dispatched within two working days, subject to payment and availability of stock. Shipping costs and customs duties are not included in the product price. If you are not happy with your items and wish to return them please send them back to our warehouse address within 14 days of reception. Please note that sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

EU Delivery
The following applies to orders shipping to countries in the European Union;
• UK taxes will not be applied to your order.
• Local taxes at your country rate will be applied on import to the recipient of the goods, as well as a 12.5 Euro or 2.5% of total invoice value (whichever is greater) administration fee.
• The recipient of the goods will be contacted by the courier to collect these fees before delivery.
